Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking exceptional, talented and innovative Recruitment
Coordination Administrators to deliver first-class administrative
support for our clients EU Operations Recruiters along with customer
support for their candidates.

on a large number of recruitment processes.

In this role must be able to multitask, work independently, take a
hands-on approach, pay high attention to detail and interface
effectively with candidates and business leaders at all levels. You
will cover all administrative tasks during the recruitment process

Your tasks will include:

Supporting the recruitment team in the administration of the complete
application management process for open roles

Being the first point of contact for all candidates.

Scheduling high numbers of meetings (incorporating recruitment
stakeholders from countries worldwide), travel bookings

Communication with candidates, providing customer support and updating
them on their applications.

Ad hoc recruitment administrative support

Basic Qualifications

Excellent written and spoken business skills and an ability to compose
grammatically correct, concise and accurate written & verbal responses

Self-disciplined, diligent, proactive and detail-oriented.

Strong organisational skills

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate
complex issues correctly and clearly to both internal and external
customers

Demonstrated ability to work independently

Excellent problem-solving skills

Effective prioritisation of work time to ensure productivity, fulfil
department standards for time spent and individually prioritise
multiple tasks of competing urgency

Demonstrated ability to exceed expectations with regard to performance
and individual contribution

Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and data security
standards

Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages is
essential: German, French, Italian, Spanish and Polish

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in a recruitment/HR related role

An additional European language

Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
