ESSENTIAL: HACCP TRAINING
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Food preparation and service for Drogheda Homeless Aid residents
and to support our Meals On Wheels service
* Stock control and rotation
_EXPERIENCE__,?ATTRIBUTES, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND KNOWLEDGE_
* HACCP is essential for this role
* Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the
ability to work in a changing environment where sound judgement is
required.
* Ability to work as part of a team ? Works co-operatively and
supportively with others.
* Knowledge of Health and Safety in the workplace
* Experience working in a similar role possible within a social care
setting is an advantage
_GENERAL_
* To ensure that all kitchen procedures are adhered to and records
are accurately completed.
* To address actions arising from EHO and/or Health & Safety
Inspections
