In the Center of Expertise, Active Global Support. Your area of responsibility will extend to performance and availability analysis of complex SAP systems. You will be working with brand new software technologies within the SAP ECC and NetWeaver software solutions. Your task will be to analyse customers systems within the SAP Premium Support Segment (SAP MaxAttention / SAP Safeguarding) as well as technical problem areas in complex systems, identify issues and bottlenecks, and come up with solutions. To meet the challenging requirements, you should be a quick learner with strong analytical skills. You should also be creative, open minded and possess the ability to communicates and convince others based on technical facts and details. As part of a global team with more than 1,200 employees in SAP Active Global Support, you will be in constant exchange with SAP Development and the global SAP Support Centers to assist our customers in an optimal way and to find appropriate solutions.

Skills Requirements
The ideal candidate will hold a four-degree in mathematics, natural science or engineering. Ability to make decisions quickly and work under pressure / deadlines. Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks. Excellent oral and written communications skills in English, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of customers and management, both internal and external. Willing to travel to SAP customers worldwide and participate in weekend support.
