DETAILS OF SERVICE :Barr?g Healthcare is an independent agency
specializing in the design and provision of intensive community-based
services. The agency provides a bespoke service to young
people/vulnerable adults in differing settings, each intervention
tailored to meet the specific needs of those referred.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Office Manager and/or Designate.

IDEALLY CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

QUALIFICATIONS AND / OR EXPERIENCE

* A diploma level qualification, in a HR or related discipline is
essential, together with an interest in working towards a Degree
qualification
* 2 year + Human Resources / Recruiting experience preferred
* CIPD Membership or eligibility for same will be an advantage
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with an
ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all time
* Ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail and the
ability to meet challenging deadlines
* Excellent administration skills with the ability to set up and
maintain appropriate work systems
* EXPERIENCE WORKING IN THE HEALTHCARE SECTOR WOULD BE PREFERABLE.

HEALTH

* A candidate for and any person holding the office must be fully
competent and capable of undertaking the duties attached to the office
and be in a state of health such as would indicate a reasonable
prospect of ability to render regular and efficient service.

CHARACTER

* Each candidate for and any person holding the office must be of
good character.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE

* The post holder may require access to appropriate transport as the
post may involve travel.
