Project Manager - Integration Management Office

JOB DESCRIPTION

The True Grid Integration Management Office (IMO) is in the process of
preparing to integrate a new Biologics facility into the clients
operation. The Project Manager IMO will ensure success by clearly
defining and tracking the activities and/or steps required to meet our
clinets Integration, Technology Transfer and Manufacturing milestone
dates.

For this role, the PM-IMO will work with the client&#**Apply on the
website**;s Integration Lead and the Core Integration teams to
establish key IMO processes to facilitate transparency of planned
integration activities across the Cross-Enterprise Process and
Functional Integration Teams and also facilitate the Integration
Meeting process that will underpin the integration

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Project Manager IMO will:-

Ensure effective planning, common understanding and delivery targets
to achieve business requirements and incorporate data generated into
the planning system.

Liaise across the integration sub teams to develop plans with a medium
to long -term forward view, and associated daily delivery plans.

Develop and maintain exec level reports that will describe progress
and status of the multiple work streams that will underpin the
integration

Facilitate weekly Integration meeting process (admin support will be
provided for separately)

Maintain an action register for the team

Develop and maintain Integration Milestone Charts

Be responsible for building process, toolkits /checklists, and
schedule required by team to actively carryout a succesful
integration.

Lead and develop core planning meetings, with the necessary agenda,
input and outputs.

REPORTING STRUCTURE

The Project Manager IMO will report to the Integration Lead and
collaborate with all Integration functional team leads and other
stakeholders as needed

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

**Apply on the website** years of experience and knowledge in start up
/ new Biologics manufacturing facilities.

Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Science or Computer
Science.

Strong planning ability

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities against ambitious
timelines.

Strong problem-solving skills / ability to work cross-functionally as
critical member of site team

Experience of working in a Project Management environment.

Good skills in understanding of non-functional requirements of a given
functional area.

Good attention to detail

Proficient with MS Office, Project/Power BI to create data analytics
and presentations.Exceptional communication skills and ability to
