Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) - a leading producer and distributor of hot and
cold beverages - is excited to announce the establishment of a new
beverage concentrate manufacturing facility in County Kildare, outside
of Dublin, in Ireland. We&#**Apply on the website**;re now looking for

best-in-class facility.

The QEHS Manager is accountable for the Quality and Environmental,
Health and Safety Program at the site. You will report directly to the
Plant Director. You will provide site leadership in Food Safety,
Quality Assurance, Environmental Compliance and Health and Safety of
employees.

You will be specifically be accountable for the development and
implementation of strategies, systems and programs to be executed by
site leaders towards the goals of zero health and safety incidents,
perfectly safe food as defined by FSMA, Six Sigma Quality performance,
and **Apply on the website**% compliance to all FSAI and HSA
regulations.

In the role of the QEHS Manager, you will:

* Prepare, review and submit compliance reports to local, state and
federal environmental regulatory agencies.

* Manage and update all environmental programs and permits for
wastewater discharge, storm water, hazardous waste, SPCC, and other
regulatory requirements as they pertain to the specific location.

* Lead execution and improvement of all Quality Assurance and EHS
systems, programs, policies and procedures.

* Lead execution of a strong CAPA (Corrective and Preventative
Actions) or other legally mandated program in the area that drives
site improvement in Quality, Environmental Health and Safety.

* Develop the necessary training modules to ensure that training
personnel and employees understand and can execute established
procedures while meeting all FSAI, HAS, OSHA, DFT and GFSI (Global
Food Safety Initiative), or other legal requirements in the area.

* Manage OSHA or other legal requirements in the area for
recordkeeping databases and provide quantitative and qualitative
monthly reports and other necessary governmental reports.

* Regularly inspect and monitor the facility to ensure that the plant
is fully operating in compliance with FSMA, FSAI, GMP, HSA
regulations, or other laws in the area and GFSI guidelines.

* Lead the root cause analysis of accidents and incidents and
collaborate with peers to develop strategies to reduce the frequency
and severity of accidents.

* Ability to establish and manage departments operating budget,
including but not limited to Headcount, Compensation, Material &
Supplies, Repair & Maintenance, and Professional Fees.

* Lead site incident management (with support from Corporate QEHS)
with regard to food safety, environmental compliance and safety.
Examples include FDA Recall, OSHA, EPA, or other legal notifications
from the area.

* Understand ?moderately complex mathematical concepts, to include
statistics, in support of continuous improvement and statistical
process control efforts.

* Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid
conclusions.

* Owns the site Quality and EHS TPM pillars.

In order to be successful in the role of Planning and Inventory
Manager, you will have an:

* Previous supervision experience in Quality Assurance, Production, or
EHS areas of the food and beverage, or similar industry.

* Bachelor&#**Apply on the website**;s Degree in business, food
safety, occupational safety, environmental management or engineering.

* Advanced understanding of GMP, HACCP, HARP-C, Safe Quality Food
Principles, Food Defense Principles, Quality Management Systems.

* Previous experience with SAP-QM, or similar systems ERP quality
systems is highly desirable.

* Previous experience with FSSC **Apply on the website** auditing
schemes, or Certified FSSC **Apply on the website** auditor
credentials.

* Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
Minitab, etc.).

* Previous experience using SAP or a similar system.

* Previous experience with continuous improvement, lean manufacturing
and ability to lead the development of a visual management workplace.
