Learning & Development Coord
The Learning & Development coordinator will support the Knowledge Base and Customer Service Training team(s) rotating between the two departments based upon business requirements. Reporting to the Knowledge Base Manager and Training Manager, the Learning & Development Coordinator will assist in the design and delivery of new hire and existing staff training as well as support the ongoing maintenance and development of our internal and external Knowledge base.

As part of the Service group, the Learning & Development Coordinator will work closely with the Operations and Leadership teams to ensure that best practices in Training delivery and Knowledge transfer are maintained and developed.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Training:

Β• Assist Customer Service Training department in identifying training needs and design of solution(s)
Β• Delivery of training to new hire and existing staff
Β• Participate in training meetings to proactively plan and develop training plans and materials
Β• Liaise with Team Managers and Team Leads to ensure training programs are effective
Β• Evaluate training delivered and maintain accurate records of same
Β• Maintain up-to-date training materials, trainer guides and process knowledge
Β• Work with Outsourced training to globally meet training goals and objectives


Knowledge Base:

Β• Ongoing review and revision of existing Knowledgebase articles and work flows.
Β• Work with KB team to establish content strategies to improve the gamers experience.
Β• Provide input to KB team to ensure knowledge base search optimisation for internal and external search engines.
Β• Ensure strong flow of information between the knowledgebase group and internal support teams and our Outsourced Partner teams.
Β• Perform other duties as required.
