What is the purpose of the role?

To manage the day to day operation of the e-commerce warehouse for our
customer Dunnes Stores, to ensure customer service standards and
business objectives are achieved by optimum planning, management and
utilisation of labour and equipment. To assist with the strategic
thinking both within Clipper and with the Customer to ensure
continuous improvement and an on-going proactive culture.

In this role you are accountable?

Full accountability for the achievement of agreed service level
agreements and KPIs for the Dunnes Stores contract housed on site.

Ensuring the site capitalises on opportunities to make an adequate
financial return which includes identifying new and profitable
opportunities to add value for customers.

Ownership of the site&#**Apply on the website**;s business plan,
operational & financial goals and objectives which are linked to
Clipper&#**Apply on the website**;s overall business strategy.

Leading operational excellence in Health & Safety and continuous
improvement.

Required skills, knowledge and experience:

Business Skills

Providing effective and accurate information to customers and for
period reviews etc

Developing recommendations

Establish, effectively manage & scrutinise operational / behavioural
KPI&#**Apply on the website**;s

Extensive experience in logistics and warehousing management as a
General managerKnowledge:

Full appreciation / application of the principles of a Logistics
Operations, including e-commerce

Up to date with industry developmentsExperience:

Implementing Six Sigma / CI principles

Able to share best practice

Monitor and control the site to ensure adherence to H&S legal
requirements

Desirable skills, knowledge and experience:

Business Skills

IOSH or NEBOSH qualification

Interfacing with representatives of customers and their suppliers by
face / email

Knowledge:

Understand the culture and ethos of the commercial contracts and
customer

Knowledge of textiles / fashion e-commerce

Knowledge of warehouse management systemsExperience:

Leading teams of people

Customer service experience

Logistics including parcel and courier serviced managementDunnes
