Residential Sales Manager
We are looking for a professional candidate to join our successful and expanding company as a Residential Sales Manager whom will be responsible for the development and management of successful door fundraising campaigns, to ensure that all targets set are met on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Develop Team Leaders and Fundraisers within Total Fundraising Ltd

Hours and work patterns could be irregular subject to the needs of the business.

Main duties & responsibilities

Working with the Field Operations Manager (FOM), you will be responsible for developing and creating the programme using the knowledge and skills from the face to face team and also experience from Total Fundraising Ltd
You will be expected to develop and create a strategy for a cost effective sustainable residential program.
Working with the head of administration & logistics you will be responsible for identifying and managing the rotation of sites
You will be responsible for the creation and development of the programme structure (working hours, team sizes etc)
You will be responsible for working with the FOM to set clear KPI?s for the teams
Motivate Team Leaders (TLs) and Fundraisers (FRs), emphasising the charity at all times
Take any disciplinary action when necessary
Ensure that the IFFDR code of conduct is adhered to
Manage attendance of the teams to maximise the number of Fundraisers on the field
Ensure that all FRs and TLs know where they are working on a day to day basis
Visit the field every day.
Initiate measures to improve performance of Fundraisers and Team Leaders
Identify Fundraisers/Team Leaders suitable for promotion and participate in their development.
Identify training needs and ensure all Team Leaders and Fundraisers have adequate training that meets company standards
Create and develop incentives and motivational games
Have a strong understanding of the bonus structure to motivate and maintain results
Work with FOM to ensure campaigns are delivered within the budgets set
Requirements

Proven experience in similar role
3 years Sales Experience
Fundraising Management Experience
Training & Motivational Experience
Knowledge of fundraising core skills
Good spoken English and articulate
Strong Motivational & Leadership skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Creativity & Organisation skills
Ability to work within tight timescales
Able to commit to shift patterns, which will include weekends and/or evenings
N.B.
