incorporating: ? portable two-way radio with multi-site IP Connect
? critical-communications radio paging ? lone worker alarms ?

Due to continued growth the company is currently recruiting for an
experienced Electronic Repair Team Lead for their Dublin based
company.
JOB ROLE:
Reporting to the Engineering Manager the successful candidate will
supervise the workshop team which is responsible for the repair of a
range of communications devices down to component level.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Responsible for ensuring that all repairs of equipment assigned to
the workshop are completed to a satisfactory standard.
? Provide technical support to customers (technical and
non-technical), field service engineers and our sales team.
? Responsible for ensuring that all repairs of equipment assigned to
the workshop are completed to a satisfactory standard.
? Responsible for the completion of tasks allocated, using the
processes and procedures recommended by the original manufacturer.
? Responsible for maintaining the details of repair jobs, recording
of labour hours and materials and any other relevant data on the
company**Apply on the website**;s CRM and financial
management system.
? You will monitor the parts inventory to ensure adequate stock
levels are maintained.
? Monitor the workshop throughput to ensure target turnaround time is
maintained.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
? The ideal candidate will have a third level qualification in
Electronics Engineering or similar, providing a thorough understanding
of electronic components and circuitry.
? Previous experience in product repairs involving debugging and
hand-soldering
? Strong IT and network skills.
? The ability to maintain excellent technical records.
? Strong interpersonal skills and be customer focused, technically
competent and commercially aware with strong trouble-shooting and
analytical skills.
? The ability to work alone or as part of a small team.
This is a full-time permanent position primarily based in Dublin
however it may involve involves travelling throughout Ireland as
required.
