We are currently looking for an experienced HR Administrator (0.8 WTE)
to join our HR team in Ballycoolin, Dublin **Apply on the website**.
The HR Administrator will support the HR Team in liaising with
colleagues to ensure the efficient delivery of all HR-related
activities. A key part of this role will be to support all recruitment
activities in addition to general HR administration, ensuring
compliance with standards, policies, best practice, and employment
legislation. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate

The duties for the HR Administrator include, but are not limited to,
the following:

GENERAL HR ADMINISTRATION:

* Respond to employee and management queries in a timely and
professional manner
* Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of employee personnel
files ensuring compliance with HIQA guidelines and standards
* In conjunction with the HR Team, maintain integrity of all
information on HRIS system Bizimply
* Support and advise Line Management on recording all leave types on
HRIS system
* Produce accurate monthly headcount reports
* Responsible for inputting absence information and ensuring that
all relevant paperwork is provided for all absences
* Assist in providing information for HR metrics and information for
monthly reports when requested
* Assist in the filing (both paper and electronic) of HR related
material
* Respond in a timely manner to employee requests for HR related
documentation.

RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATION:

* Respond to queries from candidates regarding current recruitment
competitions
* Support HR Generalist to ensure that internal recruitment
processes are adhered to, including fairness and transparency through
shortlisting
* Assist with the coordination and scheduling of recruitment panels
* Monitor applications received in response to internal and external
advertisements and update and maintain recruitment records.
* Monitor speculative applications and respond to same
* Assist with placing advertisements on company website and
associated social media

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

* Third level qualification in HR (CIPD accredited)
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
* Full clean driving licence

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

* 2 years? experience in a HR administration role within a
fast-paced HR department including experience administering full
recruitment cycle
* Knowledge of employment legislation
* Possess excellent oral, written and communication skills
* Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

* Previous experience in a not for profit environment
* Previous experience in a social care setting

SALARY SCALE:

Successful candidates will be paid in line with **Apply on the
website** HSE revised consolidated Clerical Grade IV pay scale point

website**(2nd LSI) per annum based on working a **Apply on the
