Project Engineer/Metrology
Position: Project Engineer (Metrology)

The individual&#**Apply on the website**;s core responsibilities will
be the deployment of new metrology systems and the provision of life
cycle support to existing metrology platforms. Core duties will
include -

- Instrument Qualification.

- Test Method Validation.

- Instrument Deployment (calibration, verification, maintenance
program, data integrity etc).

- Optimization of metrology performance within a production testing
environment.

- Change control competency to enable deployment of new metrology and
the enhancement of existing metrology within the quality and
supporting systems.

The successful applicant will be familiar with international standards
of contact lenses specifications as well as internal procedures for
the lifecycle management of equipment and methods. They will partner
with the equipment owners, system developers, and product development
teams to design, improve, and transfer these measurement systems. The
individual will support Test Method Deployment and ensure the success
of the final operating solution.

3. Identifies, leads and executes on system quality improvements.

4. Metrology consulting. (**Apply on the website**%)

BS in Optics, Physics, Engineering or equivalent technical degree
required. 2+ year of work experience in the industrial, technical or
research environments required. (1+ years with a Ph.D. in Optics,
Physics, Engineering or equivalent technical degree.)

Prior experience and training in medical device quality systems is
preferred.
