The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of logistics support for a specifically assigned customer portfolio and the execution of world-class supply chain implementation processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
? Drive customer satisfaction by utilising outstanding communication techniques
? Responsible for managing all aspects of order scheduling (manual /EDI) for the portfolio of distributor & direct customer accounts in line with Company guidelines
? Manage forecast rationalisation between customer forecast and inventory pipeline, resolving discrepancies and utilising data to facilitate internal inventory planning
? Liaise across operations and sales organisations in support of customer requirements and logistics processes
? Manage and attain company and customer delivery performance, revenue, and delinquency reduction goals
? Coordinate problem resolution to ensure customer satisfaction and attainment of performance goals
Skills/Experience Required:
? Absolute fluency in German or another European language with excellent English, both written and spoken
? Experience using MS Office suite
? Knowledge of SAP ERP applications an advantage
? Must be willing to travel
? Excellent communication skills
? Team player
? Third level qualification in a business or related discipline; Supply Chain/Operations emphasis preferred
? Experience in Supply Chain, Customer Management or Product Planning an advantage
