are seeking a Customer Relations Consultant to join them on a
permanent basis.
This is an exciting position to join a top Developer with a full order
book and outstanding properties already on the market. They are
seeking someone who prides themselves in their know of the residential
market and what makes a home a home.
The ideal candidate will be working in a similar role and wishes to
boost their career within the Residential sector.

? Experience of the residential market
? Some technical knowledge of house construction and fault solving
? Excellent customer facing skills
? Ability to deal direct with construction teams
? Manage the customer journey from exchange through completion and
post completion
? Ability to produce progress reports on word/excel
