Level 3 Network/Helpdesk/Desktop Support

My client that has a presence across Ireland is currently recruiting
for its office in Dublin. They are looking for someone to join their
team who has experience in Windows **Apply on the website** and
HyperV, but most of all they want a team player who is happy to assist
other junior members, and who isn&#**Apply on the website**;t afraid
to do level 1,2 support tasks when the business is quiet. If this

Key Responsibilities:

Attend onsite Installation and support on LAN equipment

Hands-on troubleshooting experience resolving a wide range of
technical issues relating to; hardware and software i.e. PC&#**Apply
on the website**;s and server operating systems, Office **Apply on the
website** email, Printers, Network Software, Backup devices, Managed
switches, Firewalls

Troubleshoot remotely using the latest virtualization tools i.e. Hyper
V

Troubleshoot Malware and encryption software installation

Identify and solve Network related issues

Act has an escalation point for level 1,2 issues

Mentor junior team members

Key Requirements:

5 years experience

Strong knowledge of Hyper-V and Windows**Apply on the website**,

AV solutions - Malware, encryption software installation, and
troubleshooting

Backup Solutions experience ideally with Ashay, Unitrends

Be proactive and want to work with the newest technology on the market

Certified in CCNA, MCSE, CompTIA, MCP
