Secretarial Assistant
Assisting with subsidiary board management

Advising when AGMs are due and co-ordinating director and shareholder
meetings, including preparation of board papers and minutes for UK and
Irish subsidiaries

Preparing and co-ordinating companies register filings, including
annual returns and financial statements of subsidiaries

Working closely with key stakeholders with regards to incorporations,
liquidations and merger projects of subsidiary entities, ensuring
alignment with company strategy and vision

Preparing and filing all statutory forms required of the business,
including documentation regarding notification of changes

Providing advice in relation to share information, including the
preparation of all required documentation, ensuring updated
information is communicated effectively

Maintaining statutory registers for subsidiaries and maintenance of
the database

Implementing changes required by law which impact corporate governance

An exciting opening has arisen for an ambitious Company Secretarial
Assistant to join our corporate head office in Dublin for an initial

supportive and high calibre team with a high degree of autonomy in
running the Company Secretarial function.

What we&#**Apply on the website**;re looking for

A minimum of **Apply on the website** years relevant legal / corporate
secretarial experience

An understanding of corporate governance and company secretarial
matters

A team player who possesses the ability to work on their own
initiative

Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills

Experience of dealing directly with external advisors

Excellent organisational, oral and written communication skills with
strong commercial acumen

Enthusiasm and ambition to grow and develop within the organisation

Experience in Blueprint software is desirable

A Full or Part ICSA qualification is preferred but professionals
approaching the completion of their exams will be seriously
