Position: School Support Executive with Norwegian Dublin WFH

JOB DESCRIPTION

OUR CLIENT

platform ? which handles all core school data from attendance,
assessments, and behavior to the mandatory September and P-POD
returns. They provide collaborative data management and innovative
reporting tools giving school management, administration, teachers,
and parents the ability to monitor and improve the progress of their
students and a real-time view of school activity.

They have become the market leader in Ireland both in terms of market
share and innovation by listening to schools and building a
world-class engineering team capable of solving any complex problem &
task faced by schools in a simple and user-friendly fashion. They will
continue to listen to schools and build features and products based on
the needs of management, administrators, teaching staff, students, and
parents.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The School Support Executive will be the voice of the company,
fielding calls and emails from principals, deputies, and secretaries.

The School Management Information System is a cloud and mobile-based
school administration platform that handles all core school data such
as attendance, assessments, behavior, and much more. Available for
primary schools, post-primary schools, and further education colleges.
They provide collaborative data management and innovative reporting
tools giving teachers and parents the ability to monitor and improve
the progress of their students while offering school administration
staff a real-time view of school activity.

YOUR PROFILE
* You are motivated, friendly, patient, organized, reliable and
remain cool under pressure.
* You feel comfortable troubleshooting live on the phone to diagnose
and resolve issues.
* Admin/Support desk experience.
* Experience&knowledge in the Norwegian education system.
* Facility Admin experience preferable.
