The ideal candidate should have experience working in the
Pharmaceutical industry. They must be a self- starter with the
initiative and skills to manage his/her workload to meet necessary
deadlines. Excellent time management, prioritising and communications
skills are essential.
Duties / Responsibilities:
? Site Management
? Provide solutions and cost projections
? Management of Site Design and Construction processes
? Planning of all resources including labour, materials and
sub-contractors
? Ensure the adherence to safety and quality standards
? Commissioning projects
? Reporting on construction progress
Required
? Good strong knowledge of the full design and construction process
? Ability to control and manage people and programs
? A trade background or a relevant third level qualification
? Proven record of co-ordinating and managing large projects
? A minimum of 3 years as a Mechanical Construction Manager
Desirable
? Excellent communication skills
? Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline
environment
? Ability to drive a large-scale project
? A construction background.
