Inbound Customer Service

Minimum experience: 4 - 5 Years

Description:
Customer Care
Logging all incoming complaints on Birds system and tracking Spreadsheet
Informing relevant departments that a complaint has been received.
Retrieve files, research all aspects of customer complaint
Negotiating with customer as required to resolve complaints within financial target & average handling time (AHT). Ensure the customer contact is managed in a professional & consistent manner
Finalising details and confirming to client in writing within SLA of 10 days
Monitor complaint workflows to ensure clear and updated information is available after every customer contact.
Complaint Spreadsheet monitored daily
Credit or refunds processed as required based on the financial matrix target
Achievement of SLA
Financial matrix as attached
Update BiRDS system with closed complaint details
Input relevant details into tracking spreadsheet
Analysis of complaints

Ad Hoc Duties:

§ Conduct quality checks prior to book production
§ Complete any other duties as may be requested by your Manager
§ Duties documented with measurements
§ Mid-Multi skill: During peaks in the business customer care would assist other operational areas as required. These include but are not limited to contract keying, BDM, & Customer Service
§ Measurements applied in keeping with role assigned during peak times
§ Targets appropriate to the those roles attained after the relevant competency period.Kore Recruitment
