Description:
My client is one of EuropeÂ’s leading providers of outsourced contact centre services. With over 10 years experience in providing call centre support for many leading organisations, they are firmly established as a professional, customer focused and cost effective contact centre provider.

Purpose of role:
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of my clients Support Team. Within a strong team environment you will be responsible for delivering a first class service to all customers.

Ideal Candidate:
With a passion for helping others, you will be able to confidently assist our customers with their general and technical queries Being a strong team player you will be keen to demonstrate flexibility in supporting your team mates within Broadband technical support.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver first line and second line telephone support for customers.
Ensure that all customer service and enquiries and faults are correctly identified and handled within established service level agreements. This will include taking ownership of customer problems and their resolution from end to end.
Provide support to our fixed line customers when necessary to help deliver a consistently high quality service across the business.
Ensure that all functions are executed in a manner, which will create a positive perception of effective customer support delivery.
Continually acquire knowledge that is necessary to successfully fulfil this role to a high standard and to grow and develop within the business.

Skills:
Experience of working with Windows Operating Systems i.e. Win 98, ME, Win2K, WinXP is advantageous but not essential.
In addition, experience of any of the following is desirable but again not essential:
Customer Service
