We are currently seeking applications for the position of full time
Residential Team Leader on a permanent contract in Co. Wexford
Community Workshop (Enniscorthy) CLG. The successful applicant will be
the Person in Charge (PIC) for residential services.
GRADE: CNM2 / Clerical Grade VI
KEY DUTIES:
* Person in charge (PIC) for residential services
* Ensure high quality delivery of care for our residents
* Responsible for quality improvements, audits and quality systems
in our residential and day service
* Develop and deliver quality improvement systems and performance
indicators for the service
* Conduct safeguarding reviews for residential services
* Provide professional leadership and management that promotes
efficiency, innovation, teamwork and continuous quality improvement
* Provide operational leadership and direction for staff
* Resource Management
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
* Degree in Social Care / Social Work / Healthcare / Nursing
* A minimum of three years supervisory / management experience in
the area of Healthcare or Disability Services
