CASE WORKER FOR CAVAN / MONAGHAN
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In Cavan / Monaghan the MS Society provides a support service to
people with MS in collaboration with the Adult Physical and sensory
team who provide a multidisciplinary service to adults aged between

The post holder will provide a service to people who have a diagnosis
of Multiple Sclerosis (MS).in Cavan / Monaghan; they will prioritise
newly diagnosed clients and those availing of the HSE Physical and
Sensory Disability Services.
PERSON SPECIFICATION: REQUIRED QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
A degree level qualification in health and social care
qualification/Allied Health Professional Qualification (e.g. social
work, social care, occupational therapy, psychology, physiotherapy
speech & Language therapy etc.) is required. A knowledge of MS would
be an advantage and relevant experience working with clients with a
physical and sensory disability desirable .
