REGISTRATION DEPT ADMIN @ PREMIER - DUBLIN 2, DUBLIN

Professional skills and experience:

1 years experience in the financial industry

Experience working in a regulated environment

Strong Product knowledge; attention to detail

A university graduate or equivalent with an emphasis on Business or Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Open communication with team members to identify any potential issues/improvements

2. Ensure that all processing and review is being fully completed in a timely manner.

3. Monitor outstanding trades and ensure that issues, including outstanding document requirements, are logged and raised with Senior Members of the Team.

4. Assist with collation of information, and production of department statistics as required

5. Ensure that any errors or Compliance issues are escalated and resolved in accordance with local procedures.

6. Ensure that documents are forwarded to Document Management for filing, scanning and indexing, in a timely manner.

7. Ad Hoc projects from time to time as necessary.

8. Participate in internal or external user groups as required, or directed.

9. Work Closely with the Investors Services teams to ensure continual improvement of Investor Services.
