RADE works with people at all stages of drug recovery, offering a
range of activities in the creative arts and education along with
therapeutic supports.
PROJECT DIRECTOR
RADE is currently seeking a Project Director who will report to the
Chairperson and Board of Directors and who will have responsibility
for the overall performance of RADE including funding/contract
compliance and for supporting the team to achieve positive outcomes
for RADE participants.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the
organisation?s strategic plan in line with all relevant legislative
and compliance requirements and will provide senior executive,
managerial, administrative and project management support central to
the smooth development of RADE and the delivery of the highest quality
service to the participants of RADE Programme.

level qualification; with experience/demonstrated interest in the
Creative Arts, a minimum 3 years? management experience in a
relevant sector, including 3 years? experience managing a team in a
human service delivery context.
