CLIENT CARE COORDINATOR / (PART-TIME)

JOB SPECIFICATION

We are now looking to recruit a client care coordinator (part time
position) to join our team. This appointment will be on permanent
contract.

JOB TITLE: Client Care Coordinator/ Administration role (part-time)

RESPONSIBLE TO: Manager

RESPONSIBLE FOR: The direct delivery and managing of services to CKU
service clients

REPORTS TO: Manager

OBJECTIVE: To effectively deliver care & administration support to
clients and team of CKU Centre for Counselling and Therapy

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES;

* First point of contact of clients
* Coordination of care between clients and therapist
* Reception duties
* Preparation of relevant records and statistics
* Financial support
* Any other administration duties to support staff and board
* Keep day-to-day operations of the service so it runs smoothly in
accordance with organisation and service policies and procedures.
* Digital promotions and communication of the service to raise
awareness of the service provision to potential clients
* Work as part of the team with regular and consistent
communication.
* Participate actively in all team meetings and staff trainings.

PERSON SPECIFICATION;

* Minimum of two years? experience in a paid full-time capacity, or
equivalent part time, in an addiction service or similar setting or
equivalent part time.
* A relevant third level 7 or above qualification in social care,
addition studies, psychology studies
* Experience of working in migrants? communities
* Fluent Polish and English language are required to this position
* An excellent understanding of issues relating to problem alcohol
and drug use/homelessness
* including mental health concerns
* Capacity to develop constructive relationships with clients, staff
team and internal/external stakeholders.
* Capacity to work on own initiative and as part of team.
* Capacity to develop positive relationships with internal and
external stakeholders.
* Must be able to demonstrate proficient IT skills including
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, managing communication platforms
Zoom, GTM, Teams
* Experience and skills in the referral process and assessment of
clients with addiction and associated needs
