JOB DESCRIPTION
The Maritime Hotel is seeking to recruit for the role of Receptionist
to join their team. If you have experience in a guest facing roles and
love dealing with guests then this is the role for you. Full training
will be given with a training buddy assigned to you.
This is ideally a full time role but we are open to talking to you if
you are looking to work on a 2/3/4 day week basis.
This is an opportunity to begin or recommence your career with a hotel

The main duties will include:
Checking-in and out of guests
Answer calls and relaying messages to staff and guests
Balancing guests account
Providing excellent customer service for our guests
The ideal candidate:
Previous experience in a guest facing role preferably in a hotel
Good communication and IT skills
Have a passion for delivering excellent customer service
