We are currently recruiting for?A COMMUNITY REHABILITATION
ASSISTANTS?in SOUTH WEST DUBLIN, KILDARE, WEST WICKLOW.

This is a FIXED-TERM, **APPLY ON THE WEBSITE**.2?HOURS?contract.

As a?REHABILITATION ASSISTANT, you will engage in highly rewarding
work as part of an expert and highly supportive team, enabling our
clients to reach their full potential, meet their rehabilitation goals
and become as independent as possible through rehabilitation. This is
a highly rewarding role, with great opportunity to learn and develop,
with a high level of work autonomy within a passionate, dedicated and
supportive team environment. ABI Ireland has an intensive learning and
developmnet programme for all Rehabilitation Assistants and have
internationally accredited services via CARF (Commission on
Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities).

QUALIFICATIONS:

* A relevant Health or Social Care qualification to a Fetac Level 5
* Full driving licence

DESIRABLE:

* Previous residential care or community work experience
* Previous experience of working in an area of disability/illness

ESSENTIAL:

* Excellent inter-personal and communication skills. Must be able to
write and speak English to a high standard
* IT skills?
* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
* Enthusiastic, flexible, adaptable, diplomatic and open to change
* With attention to detail be able to process and distribute
information and follow persons served plans etc.
* An ability to adapt to changing situations quickly
* An ability to manage conflict
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
