We are currently recruiting for?A?TEAM LEADER?in our?CORK/KERRY
COMMUNITY SERVICE.
This role is a PERMANENT, PART-TIME, **APPLY ON THE WEBSITE**.**APPLY
ON THE WEBSITE** HOURS?contract.
The role of the?TEAM LEADER?is to work in a dual Rehabilitation
Assistant and Supervising role supporting and assisting people with an
acquired brain injury on every aspect of activities of daily living.
They also provide a staff leadership role supporting and assisting the
Local Service Manager with managerial duties and responsibilities.
The?TEAM LEADER?will supervise Rehabilitation Assistants and
maintain strong working relationships within the team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* A relevant 3rd level qualification (or working towards one) in the
Human Services Sector e.g., Health or Social Care
* Full driving licence
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
* Aminimum of 2 year's experience working in residential or community
social care setting
* Must be able to write and speak English to a high standard
* IT skills that include Word and Microsoft Outlook
* Passionate & committed to work for this cause
* Management experience
* Thrives in a team working environment
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Can think analytically
