YOUR NEW ROLE
In your new role as Support Worker, you will empower individuals with
a disability to live meaningful lives in their communities through the
provision of high quality and individualised support. You will support
each service user with all aspects of daily living, physical
assistance if required and ensure personal care is delivered. You will
maintain a positive and trustworthy relationship with all service
users along with family, friends and other service providers if
relevant.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED.
To be successful as Support Worker you will hold a Level 6+
qualification in a relevant healthcare discipline, a current patient
moving and handling certificate and current CPR certificate. In
addition, you will have experience working in a residential setting
and an understanding of the disability sector. With experience in a
care environment for individuals with intellectual disabilities you
will be a very strong candidate for this role.

WHAT YOU'LL GET IN RETURN

team. Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you will gain
