YOUR NEW ROLE:
In your new role you will be part an experienced team working daily to
support young people. You will be reporting to the house manager
whilst playing a key role developing support plans to goal set in
achieving better lives. Your new role you will consist of assisting
young people building their strengths and capabilities whilst
maintaining a positive role model status. The aim is foster a positive
and trusting relationship in conjunction with the wider
multidisciplinary team.

WHAT YOU?LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
To be successful in this position you will hold the relevant
qualification, at a minimum of a three year QQI level 7 degree in
Applied Social Studies and Professional Social Care or Social Care
Practice. With creativity, diversity, and a solution-focused attitude
you would be a strong fit for the role. You will be required to be
flexible as there are a combination of days and overnight shifts.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE IN RETURN:
