YMCA Ireland: Assistant Supervisor Position - Elevate Programme
ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR POSITION - ELEVATE PROGRAMME

The YMCA is host to a Special Category CE Drug and Alcohol
Rehabilitation Programme.?The purpose of the programme is to enable
those in recovery to experience stability and structure in their
lives.?The programme offers the opportunity for vocational education
and training in an effort to assist the participants work towards
upskilling themselves in order to enter the workforce or explore
further avenues of education. There is also a large focus on health
and well-being as part of the programme.

The role of the Assistant Supervisor is to assist in the management
and development of the programme, provide assistance in overseeing
administration, recruitment and managing aspects of the participants
development on the programme.

REQUIREMENTS

* Major third level qualification (NFQ Level 6 or higher) in
Business/Financial Administration, Training, Human Resources or
related fields.
* Minimum 1 years supervisory experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent IT Skills

The position is a full-time role, **Apply on the website** hours per
week. The salary will be in accordance with grant funding from the DSP
and the successful candidate will commence at Pt. 1 of the set CE
Assistant Supervisor scale.
