COMMUNITY EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR

ROLE PURPOSE/ SUMMARY

The Community Employment (CE) programme is designed to help people who
are long-term unemployed (or otherwise disadvantaged) to get back to
work by offering part-time and temporary placements in jobs based
within local communities. The role of the CE Assistant Supervisor is
to assist in the management and development of the CE programme,
providing assistance in overseeing the administrative, technical and
participant development aspects of the project. The CE programme is
funded by the Department of Social Protection.

CANDIDATES ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE ATTAINED:

* Major third level qualification (NFQ Level 6 or higher) in Business
/ Financial Administration, Training, Human Resources, Project
Management or related disciplines
* Minimum 1 years? supervisory experience
* Previous experience in Administration, Project Management and/or
Training or other relevant positions.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent ICT skills

This position is full-time **Apply on the website**-hours per week
from Monday to Friday. The salary will be in accordance with the grant
funding set for the position by DSP and the successful candidate will
commence at Point 1 of the set CE assistant supervisory wage grant
