Senior QC - Tech Transfer - Amgen

Our Client is Amgen and the role will be based in their Dun Laoghaire plant. The plant is one of the most dynamic in Ireland and is currently undergoing rapid expansion and capital investment.
Job Description:
The person appointed will join the QC Laboratory team. The position will involve working with the QC team to ensure all testing is performed as per regulatory requirements, cGMP and site procedures.
Responsibilities include:
Support Analytical Technical Transfer activity testing reports and documentation.
Testing of raw materials, in process, stability and finished product samples.
Monitoring of site water systems.
Equipment Qualification.
Equipment Calibration, Maintenance and Trouble Shooting.
Method Validation.
Routine Cleaning Validation.
Training of QC Chemistry Laboratory colleagues.
Laboratory Investigation Report writing.
Laboratory Housekeeping and maintaining GLP standards.
Assisting in regulatory audits.
Commitment tracking and follow up.
Requirements
Candidate must have a science degree.
5-7 years experience in similar role.
Strong analytical skills essential
Tech transfer experience preferred.
Package:
Minimum 12 month contract
Rate: €25 - €30 per hour
