The Model is recruiting a General Manager (GM), a new senior position
within the organisation which will play a critical role in supporting
the Director to realise and develop the Vision and Mission of the
organisation. Core areas of direct responsibility include increasing
revenues through Earned Incomes, Private Philanthropy, and Public
Funding. The GM will have a number of direct reports, and with support
from Dept Managers, they will be responsible for the smooth
functioning of The Model?s day-to-day operations - including the
Building, the Caf?, Front of House, Branding, Marketing and Public
Relations. The GM will support the Director with Human Resource and
Stakeholder Management; and will be directly responsible for Health &
Safety, Policies & Procedures, GDPR, and External Contracts.

CONDITIONS: Full time. Alternate weeks are Monday-Friday &

weekend and evening work is required for which Time Off in Lieu will
be agreed.
