range of counselling services for people who are suicidal, engage in
self-harm or who are bereaved by suicide. Pieta House also operate a

The role of the Client Allocation Support Coordinator?is to support
the provision of check in calls and initial risk and suitability
assessments to?clients accessing Pieta?s services. Reporting
directly to the?Regional Support Coordinator?this role will include,
but may not be limited to the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Check and manage waiting lists to ensure clients have been
contacted with either an?appointment, or?a phone call to check in
with them
* Support clients awaiting therapy by providing weekly or bi-weekly
check in calls and outlining client support plan
* Identify clients no longer wishing to engage in therapy and ensure
files are closed
* Ensure accurate record keeping and client status updates
* Liaise with lead regional support coordinator and manager to
support waitlist management
* Ensure data kept in line with GDPR, data protection and
confidentiality policies
* Work in accordance with the policies and procedures of Pieta

EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

* Be a pre accredited Psychotherapist / Counselling Psychologist with
IACP, BACP, IAHIP, FTAI, IAPTP, APPI, APCP, NAPCP, PSI or ICP
* Strong clinical and risk assessment skills
* Excellent?Interpersonal and Communication Skills
* Must have a?compassionate and caring telephone manner
* Able to manage highly emotive situations, to remain calm and
respond appropriately
* Exercises good judgment about who to share information with when
the level of confidentiality is unclear
* Demonstrate a belief and enthusiasm for the work of Pieta and
adhere to the core values of Pieta
* Ability to work on their own initiative and a strong ability to
work with a team
* Organised?and flexible in meeting multiple demands
* Proficient in using Microsoft office
* Experience?working with databases?will be an
advantage?(e.g.?Salesforce CRM)
* Good?organisational?and administration skills with careful
attention to detail
* Capacity to?complete work in a timely and accurate manner
