A global Internet company are currently seeking a People Development Coordinator to work on an 11 month temporary contract basis. Role:
· Responsible for all logistics and operations (scheduling, facilitator assignments, reporting) for a number of GBO training programs, and supporting program Managers so the programs run smoothly from start to finish.
· Assume program management responsibilities (capacity planning, facilitator resource planning, and budgeting) for several programs, as determined by the team leads.
· Provide on-site coordination support for select programs as needed (e.g. off-site events, multi-day courses, etc).
· Manage rosters of attendees/ wait lists for all programs and maintain and update registration information and attendance records.
· Coordination of invoicing including tracking submission and payments - including creating POs, managing PO and accruals process, and logging ad hoc budget approval requests.
· Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the programs you are supporting, with the ability to communicate effectively to attendees and stakeholders about program details.
· Continuously evaluate existing operations processes for efficiency gains, identify areas for improvement, and proactively suggest implementation strategies (e.g. streamlined scheduling process, simplified budgeting process, etc).

Requirements:
· BA/BS degree with a strong academic record.
· Prior experience in administration, event organization, or training coordinator role preferred.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills (with examples) and cross cultural sensitivity.
· Advanced organizational skills (e.g. prioritizing workload, effective time management, etc).
· Ability to multitask effectively and adapt quickly (e.g. adjusting course schedules with little notice).
· Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive and productive working relationships.
· Ability to effectively partner with and influence others to get things done.
· Proficiency in Google Apps (e.g. Gmail, Docs), Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.

Language Requirements:
· Fluent English (written & verbal)
