ROLE PURPOSE/ SUMMARY
Two Integrated Case Management teams provide the Integrated Case
Management Service nationally. The Administrator has responsibility
for the services within the allocated geographical area. The
Administrator will work in partnership to provide cohesiveness and
continuity in service delivery. The Administrator has particular
specialist responsibility, aligned to the ICM Manager area of lead
responsibility i.e. ICM service model & systems and County Childcare
Committees/National Organisations sector supports management &
development.
Early Years Operations holds a wide range of data on a broad set of
programmes and beneficiaries who benefit from the State investment we
manage. The Early Years Operations ICM Unit is responsible for the ICM
service nationally, across two geographical areas. This role will
provide service excellence to our customers and colleagues by
supporting the team to improve efficiencies with regards to data
collation and data quality, including the development of systems and
automation of processes in that regard. The post holder will also be
responsible for the coordination and implementation of administrative
tasks related to service and programme delivery.
