ROLE PURPOSE/ SUMMARY
Pobal administers a range of social inclusion and employment
programmes on behalf of government and has well-developed appraisal,
contract management and support systems in place. As part of a team
the team leader will be responsible for owning, overseeing and
directing delivery of a range of programmes. Key responsibilities
include operationalising new programmes, programme and service
development oversight, people management, systems? development,
reporting and networking.
The Team Leader will provide a key leadership role and will directly
assist the director in developing operational excellence, delivering a
range of programmes and activities as outlined in Pobal?s Programme
Delivery Agreements.
