The Installation Service Manager: ?
* Background and/or knowledge of Architectural Glazing, or similar ?
* Diploma in Construction or strong Carpentry / Glazing trade

The
ROLE:
* Reporting directly into Managing Director and Operations Manager ?
* Delegate, schedule and direct service tasks and monitor the progress
of all current and pending projects ?
* Manage the service P&L in conjunction with Operations Manager ?
* Act as focal point of all information for service, inventory, and
product knowledge ?
* Process new orders and track inventory, manage site logistics ?
* Communicate and maintain good relations with production, site crews,
supply chain and logistics ?
* Monitor fitting and service crew performance, offer feedback and
training opportunities ?
* Follow and abide by all industry standards, regulations, and laws ?
* Stay up to date on industry standards and any new innovations,
materials, tools and/or processes that can benefit the service
department stakeholders ?
* Manage productivity and man hour usage for live reports to seniors
within the company
