YOUR NEW ROLE
As Social Care Worker, you will play an important role in ensuring and
aiding the clients achieve their full potential. Through a
person-centred approach, you will encourage their independence in
day-to-day tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and developing their
social and communication skills. You will assist them in building on
their strengths and abilities, while maintaining a positive and
trustworthy relationship with them. Your job is to improve the clients
lives in whatever way you can.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
In order to succeed in your new role, you will hold a Level 7/8 Degree
in Social Care or Disability. In addition to this, you will have
experience in working in a Social Care Worker role, ideally with
adults with intellectual disability, in either a residential or day
service. You will be open to working **Apply on the website**-hour
shift patterns and night shifts in the services and have a full clean
driver?s licence.

WHAT YOU'LL GET IN RETURN
