_RESPONSIBILITIES_ Lead a group of Product Designers, inspire and
mentor them, champion their work, guide them, and bring them to the
next level Recruit top talent and find growth opportunities for the
whole team Review design work along with your whole team and encourage
actionable feedback Focus the team on design and encourage various UX
problem-solving methodologies Enhance the performance and skill set of
your designers by promoting mentoring and educational opportunities
Schedule upcoming projects and balance workload across your team Build
relationships with other UX leaders at Workday, as well as Product &
Engineering stakeholders in Analytics Skills/Requirements BA, BS or MS
degree preferred in HCI, or related field At least 5 years
professional experience as a UX design lead with at least 2 years
managing UX designers Solid understanding of Web and Mobile
technologies with an appetite for learning more Experience shepherding
designs throughout an Agile development process

_EXPERIENCE WITH_ wireframing and planning for UX research Collaborate
cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and other
design groups to ensure a smooth product development process.
Understanding of accessibility principles Functional knowledge of
Analytics or Finance is a plus More about the Product & Team:
Your team will work in the Dublin and Prague offices, and will
collaborate closely with Analytics UX team members in the greater San
