What you?ll achieve As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will be
responsible for full lifecycle recruitment and strategic hiring for
our Cork sites including end to end stakeholder and candidate
management.

_YOU WILL_ plan and execute recruitment activities in support of
business units by implement short- and long-term recruitment
activities to ensure alignment with challenging growth targets,
balancing internal and external resources to meet hiring demand.

_YOU WILL_ :
Partner with internal business units on full lifecycle recruitment
(information gathering from the hiring manager on candidates
requirements to final onboarding of the successful applicant) Manage
filling vacancies against rigorous time, quality and service demands,
prioritizing both volume and "difficult to fill" issues, with a
continued focus on diversity and inclusion Support implementation of
strategic staffing initiatives; drive a strategy of "Direct" sourcing
utilising referrals, social networking, branding and Linked

In Boolean searches Engage and educate managers to implement best
recruitment practice using Competency Based Interviewing (CBI) and
other assessment/selection tools Scheduling and conducting Competency
Based Interviews across the region, with a continue focus on candidate
